Twenty short arbitrary primers (10 nt) and six long ones (20 nt) were used in RAPD analysis for Zhejiang tailed amphibians of seven species.

选用20个随机短引物（10nt）和6个随机长引物（≥20nt）对来自3个科5个属7个种的有尾两栖动物进行RAPD分析，12个引物得到清晰的DNA扩增图谱，共计207条多态性片段。
