In this paper, the analysis and calculation of operating conditions of HVDCCB and metallic return transfer breaker (MRTB) during interrupting process in Gezhouba-Shanghai HVDC transmission line have been made with the Electro-Magnetic Transients Program (EMTP).

同时计算分析了金属回线转移开关ＭＲＴＢ开断过程中直流断路器的工作条件，并与线路用宜流断路器一断口的情况进行比较，提出了首先发展ＭＲＴＢ的研究方向。
