The results show that shrinking inner hole of driven gears is conducted by heating with protective atmosphere and cooling in the iron tube-shaped container for slowly cooling gears,the exceeded tolerance problem of inner hole of driven gears can be better solved,and 90% driven gears can meet the needs of technology reguirement of the production.
通过两种工艺试验证明,采用保护气氛加热入缓冷筒冷却进行收缩齿轮内孔的方法,较好地解决了从动齿轮因孔大超差报废问题,使90%的齿轮达到了产品技术要求。
